5/5 From start to finish the experience was great. The fact someone answered my phone call made a difference. I was calling around other places during their open hours and no response. The team was able to restore my car to look as if It were brand new. My outside trim that was black was actually chalky when I brought it in. Really greatful I am how they finished it. Yan Lee 5/5 I’ve had my car for about three months now and I took it to a place in Barrie to get a ceramic coating. There was something fishy about this place that I didn’t feel comfortable so I googled Ceramic Coatings and Muscle mouse Auto Spa popped up. I decided to make the trip to Orillia and when I walked in there I knew that this was the place I was going to take my car. He had a Mclaren a Ferrari 2 Corvettes as well as a couple of BMWs and all of them looked perfect. Val the owner guided me and suggested me to put paint protection film on the front to prevent any rocks stone chips from happening and the rest of the vehicle ceramic coat it. I was very hesitant on the film because I’ve had other film jobs done in the past from the dealerships and it looked terrible he said to me it will be a perfect job. In just under three days I had my vehicle back and I just couldn’t believe how amazing it looked. The film was absolutely invisible and by far the best job you would ever see in your life. The IGL ceramic coating looked like glass. If you are looking for a Ceramic Coatings don’t hesitate. Call them speak and with Val. He is a very honest person. Dylan Faulker 5/5 I had my vehicle ceramic coated from the dealership and they did such a terrible job on it that I was so mad that they would not refund me my money. It looked like some kid put a polisher on the door and left all kinds of buffing marks and the dealership did not want to take responsibility for this. I took it to Val who is the owner of Muscle Mouse Auto Spa and he was very honest and told me that the vehicle was not ceramic coated. I said are you sure ? He said yes. I fought with the dealership for weeks till they decided to refund me my money. I took it over to Muscle mouse auto spa and OH MY GOD !!! 10/10 work. I highly recommend this place they are amazing. I was given a tour of the PPF side of the shop by the owner and was happy to see investments into materials and technology that helps them avoid common PPF errors. The owner even came in so I could pick up the car before a roadtrip. ELGC Lake Emsdale On. 5/5 Last year Val did an amazing job detailing my Mercedes and this year his team did the paint protection film for my Porsche 911 50th Anniversary. Just beautifully done. The previous owner used the 3M film and it needed to be replace. The film quality that Val uses is much better and the care taken to apply the product made the job look ultra pro! Mac McGill 5/5 A HUGE THANK YOU TO VAL AND HIS TEAM! I just got my 2017 Charger Daytona ceramic coated and I cannot say enough about how it looks!! It literally reflects objects in the back ground its that shiney. Not to mention no swirl marks, smooth as a babies bottom. I have been in the retail industry for longer than i care to mention. So I pay close attention to detail, not just of the finished product but from the front staff, to personality, friendliness, how informative staff is of their business, to pride of ownership and so on. Well let me tell you, Val makes you feel you are important and your vehicle is important. He greeted us with enthusiasm, professionalism and is very knowledgable of his product. Best of all he takes pride in his work and your vehicle. I have used other ceramic coaters around the area with other vehicles and their work doesnt hold up to MUSCLE MOUSE! ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I will definitely come back and see them! Facility – This place was very clean and the washroom was very clean.
